If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will process an appropriate refund for the cancelled order, subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, email address, and contact number.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or another reason attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order is to be resent.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or with a missing product, customers must follow the requirements stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

In particular, claims relating to damaged, defective, or missing products must generally be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and a complete, continuous, and uncut opening/unboxing video may be required for verification.

Return or exchange requests are subject to verification and approval in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
